Street Outreach
The purpose of Street Outreach is to meet women directly where they are—on the streets and in overlooked spaces throughout Dayton. The women encountered are given roses and handwritten cards of encouragement, showing them their value through the eyes of Christ. Women also have access to hot, home-cooked meals, clothing, and hygiene items.
Day Center
MONDAYS & THURSDAYS, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
The purpose of the Day Center is to form deeper connections and relationships with the women encountered on the street. Through building trusting relationships, R House believes that the woman will be empowered to take the next step toward freedom. The Day Center, offers rest, showers, hot meals, clothes, case management, peer support, recovery support, and most importantly, love without a cost.

Many of the women encountered by R House Ministries have basic needs that go unmet. We provide relief for clients through hot meals, hot showers (Day Center only), toiletry/hygiene supplies, clean and seasonal appropriate clothing, prayer, and more!

Rescue is a big word that requires both prayer and a plan. When R House Ministries encounters a woman during Street Outreach or in the Day Center, she is asked a question: "Is today the day?" The day she is ready to take a step toward health and healing. For some, this step can be not only mentally difficult but also dangerous. R House works with top-quality agencies equipped for this cause!
