Ashley Miller founded R House Ministries in response to God’s call to walk alongside vulnerable women with compassion, dignity, and faith. Her leadership is rooted in relationship-centered care, trauma-informed practices, and the belief that true restoration happens when women are met where they are and loved without conditions.

Beth Piercy oversees the daily operations of the R House Day Center, ensuring that women experience safety, consistency, and dignity-first care. She brings steady leadership, deep compassion, and practical support to the heart of R House Ministries.

Mendy Sturgill leads fundraising, grants, donor partnerships, and strategic development for R House Ministries, focusing on building meaningful relationships with individuals, churches, and organizations who are committed to long-term, relational solutions for vulnerable women.
We are blessed to have a five-woman Executive Board providing authoritative oversight, prayer covering, and practical wisdom to the structure and daily operations of R House Ministries. Our current board members include Pastor Ashley Miller, Pastor Bonnie Wooten, Pastor Ruth Willis, Elise Jobe, and Lori Johnson.

R House Ministries is strengthened by partnerships and support throughout our city. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our mission, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we would be happy to hear from you.
