Her leadership is rooted in relationship-centered care, trauma-informed practices, and the belief that true restoration happens when women are met where they are and loved without conditions.

Amongst those ministries are: Meal Mom's (headed by Melisa Wolfe), Pen-Pal Prayer Intercessors (headed by Connie Martin), Boutique Preparers, Facility Caretakers, Day Center Attendants, and Street Outreach Team Members.
